What pages work best?
Clear, evenly lit photos with the full page visible work best. Heavy shadows, folds, overlapping pages, and very low-resolution images can reduce result quality.
Will every handwritten mark disappear perfectly?
Results vary with handwriting style, ink color, image quality, and how closely handwriting overlaps printed text. Review the result before relying on it for study or teaching.
What is one credit?
One standard credit processes one ordinary page. Color-heavy or higher-complexity processing may use more credits; the required amount is shown before processing.
Can I cancel the Basic plan?
Yes. You can cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges. Access and remaining subscription credits continue until the end of the current paid period.
Can I upload pages I do not own?
Only upload material you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload confidential, unlawful, or highly sensitive personal information.

Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Unwriteit at unwriteit.com. By using Unwriteit or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms.
Service
Unwriteit uses automated image processing to remove or reduce handwritten marks from uploaded pages. Results are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing downloaded results.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant the service a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide the requested cleanup and maintain the service. You must have the right to upload and process each page.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, malware, highly sensitive personal data, or content that infringes another party’s rights. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass service limits.
Credits and subscriptions
Credit usage is shown before processing. Subscription plans renew automatically at the disclosed interval until cancelled. You may cancel before the next billing date to avoid a future charge. Plan features and prices may change for future billing periods with advance notice.
Availability and liability
Unwriteit is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund Policy
We want you to test the service before committing. The free plan is available to check compatibility with your pages.
First subscription purchase
You may request a full refund within three calendar days of your first subscription charge if no more than five paid credits have been used.
Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable after credits have been issued. If you were charged after cancelling before the renewal date, the duplicate or incorrect charge will be reviewed and refunded when confirmed.
Processing problems
If a technical failure deducts credits without returning a result, the affected credits will be restored. Poor image quality or an imperfect cleanup result does not automatically qualify for a cash refund, but support may restore credits after review.
Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls when the refund appears on your statement.

Information processed
The service may process account details, transaction records, technical and usage data, and the images you submit for cleanup. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by the worksheet-cleanup service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide image processing, manage credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and understand service reliability.
Uploaded images
Uploaded images and generated results are processed to complete your request. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information. Retention periods will be kept only as long as reasonably needed for processing, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
Service providers and rights
Specialist providers may process limited information for hosting, image processing, analytics, payment, and fraud prevention. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Changes
This policy may be updated as Unwriteit develops. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date.
